Your guide to a stronger, calmer, and more connected version of yourself. Yoga that adapts to your body, not the other way around.
“Yoga is not about touching your toes. It is about what you learn on the way down. My practice is designed to help you reconnect with your body and find stillness.”
My journey with yoga began as a personal quest for healing. Facing chronic lower back pain and high stress, I stepped onto a yoga mat looking for relief. What I discovered was much deeper than physical stretching — it was a profound path to mental clarity, resilience, and inner stillness.
This personal transformation inspired me to study yoga in depth. I completed my formal training, earning a Yoga Alliance **RYT-500 certification**, and spent over a decade practicing and studying various traditions including Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative alignment techniques.
I believe that yoga should adapt to the individual body, rather than forcing the body into rigid alignments. Every student has a unique structural blueprint, and my role as a teacher is to guide you in finding safety, structural alignment, and joy within each pose.
Whether you are completely new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or looking to deepen an established practice, I welcome you exactly as you are. No flexibility or prior experience is required — only a willingness to show up and breathe.
